The Vanilla Update

Introduced the following changes:
Vanilla can be selected by all users
Added /cfg option to make Vanilla players invisible
Added Next and Prev TP plates next to the spawn plates (Advanced Only)
Added Warps to the selectors (/w C,M,R,W) (Advanced Only)
Added 1.13-1.13.2 compatibility
